  7.     The robbery was committed in broad daylight by a burglar
  8. who walked in through the front door. Of SCOTLAND YARD, no
  9. less. Embarrassed officials in London acknowledged last week
  10. that a young woman with a history of mental illness had
  11. wandered into the Yard's headquarters and ascended to the
  12. seventh floor, where a set of riot gear, including helmet and
  13. body armor, caught her eye. She liked the rig so much that she
  14. wore it home. Her horrified relatives returned the stolen gear
  15. to the bobbies, who vowed to review security procedures.
